The changes we've been hinting at, in a nutshell, are thus:
1. Michael has moved to Lakeway, TX to open another shop -- www.lakewaycs.com
2. Nathan is continuing operations here in the Twin Cities, although in slightly modified form.
In the short term, we’ve decided to close the storefront. We will continue to offer the same high-quality service as always, but will spend more time coming onsite to solve your problems or personally picking up and dropping off equipment that needs work. Our phone number, website address, and email addresses will all remain the same and will remain the best methods of contact. All of our customers who have domain, website, and email hosting with us will experience no change or interruption of service. All of that will remain exactly as it has been over the past 5 years (and most likely will improve!). Keep calling and emailing with your inquiries, and we will take good care of your tech support needs.Thank you for your custom over the past five years and for letting us refine our practices and customer service skills in such a wonderful environment.
